Texas Skillet is bringing skillet-fired favorites to Fair Park for the State Fair of Texas, running September 25 through October 18, 2026. The fair is open 10am–9pm Sunday through Thursday and 10am–10pm Friday and Saturday. Come find the always crowd-pleasing Texas Skillet between rides on the Midway and don't leave with enjoying our thirst-quenching sweet tea and the full Texas Skillet experience.
